How it works
- Tell us what you need. Share stock quantities, bundle instructions and any returns workflow.
- Send stock or returns. We receive your items and check them against the details you provide.
- We store and prepare. Inventory is held securely while we complete agreed bundling or other work.
- We handle returned units. We record their condition and follow your instructions for relabelling, restocking or onward movement.
- You arrange collection. You book and pay for your chosen courier when items need to leave us.
- We hand over the shipment. Prepared stock is handed to the courier you selected.

Frequently asked questions
How is storage charged?
The first 30 days are free. After that, storage is £15 per CBM per month, based on the actual space your inventory occupies.
What does a two or three unit bundle cost?
A completed two unit bundle is £0.60 and a completed three unit bundle is £0.70. Each additional unit beyond three adds £0.20.
Can you relabel stock?
Yes. Relabelling uses the same FNSKU rate as labelling, based on the quantity in the job. See our full UK pricing page for the tiers.
What is included in returns handling?
Receiving and a basic status check are included at £0.50 per returned unit. We agree any further inspection or relabelling with you.
Is detailed inspection available?
Yes. Detailed product inspection is £0.50 per unit inspected, beyond the standard receiving check.
Who books and pays for shipping?
You arrange and pay for the courier. We prepare the items and hand them to your chosen courier.
